📌 1. Subscription Nature of Service

Online Safe Meetup Clearance offers one-time membership purchases at different tiers (Basic, VIP, VVIP). Upon purchase, you immediately receive access to the features included in your chosen membership tier.

✅ 2. Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

• You request a refund within 7 days of your original purchase date.
• You have not used any of the premium features included in your membership tier.
• Your account has not been suspended or terminated for violations of our Terms of Service.
• The request is submitted through our official Refund Request Form.

❌ 3. Non-Refundable Situations

• Refund requests made more than 7 days after purchase.
• Accounts suspended or terminated due to Terms of Service violations.
• Purchases made during promotional or discounted events.
• Requests based solely on a change of mind after actively using the service.

⏱️ 4. Refund Processing Time

• Refund requests are reviewed within 3–5 business days.
• Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
• Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider (typically 5–10 business days to appear).

🔄 5. Cancellation

Since our memberships are one-time purchases (not recurring subscriptions), there is no recurring charge to cancel. Your access continues for the duration of your membership tier. To request account deletion, use the option in your Profile Settings or contact us.

2. Fill in your full name, email used at checkout, and order/transaction ID (found in your Gumroad receipt).
3. Briefly describe your reason for requesting a refund.
4. Submit the form. Our team will respond within 3–5 business days.
