• All purchases are processed securely through our third-party payment provider (Gumroad).

By using our meetup monitoring features, you consent to our safety team reviewing check-in data to ensure your wellbeing. This monitoring is a service feature, not a guarantee of safety. You remain responsible for your own safety decisions.

💳 6. Payments & Billing

• All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD).
• Payments are processed by Gumroad. We do not store your payment card information.
• Membership access is granted immediately upon successful payment.
• For refund requests, please refer to our Refund Policy.

⚖️ 7. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is." We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding uninterrupted or error-free service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
